Somethin’ Good in the Hood!
Our teams serve children and families in econonomically disadvantaged and public housing neighborhoods, assisting with their very practical and holistic needs, while sharing the goodness of God’s love through abundant expressions of sharing life and community together.
We build community and pursue growing relationships with our friends in underserved communities through a range of ministries, serve projects, and church partnerships.
Some of our neighborhood ministries include:
- Snack Packs for kids living in food insecure homes
- Mobile food pantry
- VBS and backyard Bible clubs
- Tutoring for students
- After school activities
- Backpacks and school supplies for low-income families
- Sports, recreation, and art camps
- Spring and fall festivals
- Childcare services
- Auto maintenance
- Annual drives for winter coats and heaters
- Clothing and hygiene supplies for needy families
- Basic care for those who are in unfortunate circumstances
We could always use non-perishable goods, food and drinks, new toys for giveaways, clothing, backpacks, Bibles, and hygiene products.
