Playmakers
Teaching Theme/Sermon Series Graphics
Summary: Throughout scripture we find God calling out “Playmakers” and game-changers to make a difference in their world. Nowhere in the Gospels do we see Jesus calling his disciples to partial obedience or halfhearted devotion. Playmakers are those who change the game for others. This is a fitting football season series or January teaching series leading up to your Super Bowl outreach.

Church Super Bowl Outreach Videos
UPDATE: PTW kits are not available for 2018. The Tony Dungy DVD or Keep The Dream Alive DVD are great alternatives for your Super Bowl outreach.
Make this year’s halftime life-changing.
Over 65,000 first time commitments to Jesus Christ have been made through Power To Win events.
The 2016 edition features Thomas Davis, a 10-year NFL veteran and outside linebacker for the Carolina Panthers.
A church and community outreach tool
Power To Win is an unparalleled ministry tool, featuring testimonies from current NFL players who share their love for Christ. Your Super Bowl party can use the power of faith and football to deliver Christ’s message during halftime. Just as the players prepare to take on the second half with a renewed spirit, you can invite others to consider their own lives – and perhaps embark on a new journey for their personal “second half”. Existing believers and newcomers alike will hear a powerful testimony of how the Gospel became the center of these players lives and conclude with a call to Christ. This season’s Super Bowl is February 7th, 2016 so plan your halftime outreach today!
Make an impact
In the past 20 years, thousands of people have made commitments to Christ, and thousands more have recommitted their lives to Him through the ministry of Power to Win. The impact is far-reaching and life-changing.
An opportunity to share the Gospel
Churches, men’s ministries, sports ministries, youth groups, college ministries, sports teams, and football fans alike can all use halftime as an opportunity to bring people together while sharing the Gospel.
What will you make of the second half of your own life?
Use the DVD during halftime of your Super Bowl party or during a men’s breakfast, at a sports banquet or any other fellowship event. There have been more than 60,000 outreach parties on Super Bowl Sunday where Power To Win was used. Kits will be shipped in early January.

Is it okay for churches to have Super Bowl parties?
Absolutely. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the league will no longer object to “live showings — regardless of screen size — of the Super Bowl” by religious organizations, reported The Washington Post. ESPN also wrote an article entitled, “Report: NFL OKs churches showing Super Bowl on big screens.”
Keep The Dream Alive
Keep The Dream Alive
Abraham Wright was a standout at the University of Colorado. His childhood dream of playing professional football came true when he was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 2007 NFL draft. In this DVD outreach video, Wright talks about the thrill of living out a childhood dream amidst all the temptations and pressures that come with it. He stresses the most important reality was the “dream” that he discovered God had for him, not the dream he had made for himself.
Along with a personal testimony, Wright presents a clear explanation of the Gospel, making this video a great evangelistic tool and Super Bowl outreach resource.
